Description
A service that tells the story of 20th-century Italian ceramics. This refined six-person coffee set is produced by the historic Manifattura Laveno (later acquired by Richard Ginori), a brand beloved by collectors for the quality of its earthenware and porcelain.
The set consists of six cups and saucers , made of porcelain in a warm ivory/cream hue. The surface is not smooth, but embellished with a distinctive relief design (often referred to as "basket" or plastic design) that gives the objects a material depth.
A delicate pictorial decoration stands out on this neutral and bright base: small floral bunches in purple tones and green leaves, which give the service a romantic and country chic air, perfect for an elegant table or for afternoon tea in front of the fireplace.
