This policy describes the methods, times, and conditions related to the shipment of our products. Our goal is to ensure maximum transparency to provide the best possible shopping experience.


 

1. Shipping Zones

 

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Italy
  • European Union Countries
  • Selected Non-EU Countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Japan, Israel, Mexico, Norway, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Republic of Korea, Singapore, United States, South Africa, Switzerland, Turkey.

For shipments to destinations not on this list, please contact us directly to check feasibility and agree on the relevant arrangements.


 

2. Order Processing and Preparation Times

 

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within a period of 1 to 6 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Italian national holidays). You will receive a shipping notification via email as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier.


 

3. Estimated Delivery Methods and Times

 

Once the order has been shipped, the estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Italy: 1 to 6 working days.
  • EU Countries: 3 to 10 working days.
  • Non-EU Countries: 4 to 10 working days.

Important notice on delivery times:

The times indicated above are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. They do not include any delays due to customs clearance processes, authority checks, strikes, natural disasters, or errors in the address provided. Working days always exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in both Italy and the destination country.

The final indication of the estimated delivery times for your specific address will be visible at checkout, before payment.


 

4. Carriers Used

 

  • For Italy and EU Countries: Shipments are usually, but not exclusively, handled by DPD and Poste Italiane.
  • For Non-EU Countries: Shipments are usually, but not exclusively, handled by the international postal service (Poste Italiane in combination with the postal service of the destination country).

Should you require express shipping with international carriers such as FedEx or UPS, please contact us before placing your order to agree on methods and costs. Please note that even for express shipments, the delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.


 

5. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of the package and its destination. The exact amount will always be visible and detailed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to offer free shipping at our sole discretion. This may be linked to specific promotions, reaching a minimum purchase amount, or a minimum number of items in the cart.


 

6. International Shipments: Customs Duties and Taxes

 

For all shipments to Non-EU countries, any duties, customs taxes, clearance costs, and other local taxes are entirely the responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in the order total and will be requested directly by the carrier or customs authorities of the destination country.


 

7. Tracking and Insurance

 

All our shipments are tracked and insured to ensure maximum security. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to monitor the delivery status. Delivery is considered complete when it is recorded as such by the carrier's tracking system and may require a signature from the recipient or their delegate (family member, neighbor, colleague, etc.).


 

8. Customer Responsibility and Shipping Address

 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and correct shipping address.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately to correct the address.
  • If the order has already been handed over to the carrier, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number to request a change. Any additional costs for the address change will be borne by the customer.

 

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

  • Visibly damaged parcel: If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package or accept it with "subject to inspection", clearly specifying this to the carrier.
  • Lost parcel: If the tracking shows no updates and the package is not delivered within 30 working days from the shipping date, it will be considered officially lost. In this case, we will proceed with issuing a full refund.

 

10. Return Shipping (Right of Withdrawal)

 

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the organization and costs of the return shipment. Items must be packed appropriately to ensure their integrity during transport. Any damage sustained by the items during the return shipment may be deducted from the final refund.
