Description
A piece of rare beauty that embodies the golden age of Venetian glass. This impressive vintage vase from the 1950s is a masterful example of the "Fenicio" technique, a complex process in which threads of colored glass are applied and "combed" under heat to create the characteristic festoon decorations.
The body of the vase is wrapped in a vibrant feather motif in shades of green , intertwined with shades of yellow and white that seem to move across the glossy surface. To crown the work, the opening features a refined pleated (or pleated) workmanship in a deep green color, a sculptural detail that adds vertical momentum and dynamism to a structure of such impressive proportions .
A striking piece, capable of defining the style of a room all by itself. Ideal for a prestigious entryway, an elegant living room, or to add a touch of artistic and sophisticated color to a professional studio.
