The shape is organic and sinuous, openly recalling the silhouette of a shell . The workmanship plays on two registers: the exterior features a clear glass surface in relief, modeled in small waves, while the interior reveals the precious aventurine technique.

This unique glass paste, enriched with tiny copper/gold metallic flecks on a dark background, gives the piece a shimmering, deep appearance, reminiscent of a starry sky or golden sand.
