Pair of Murano Cased Glass Bowls

A fascinating play of chromatic and material contrasts gives life to this elegant pair of small vintage Murano glass bowls. Two miniature sculptures whose exceptional craftsmanship unequivocally recalls the style and genius of celebrated Venetian master glassmakers such as Seguso and Barbini.

The design of these bowls is based on the sophisticated technique of incamiciato glass, which allows layers of different colors to be superimposed, creating a dramatic and three-dimensional visual effect. The exterior features a deep and absolute black, enlivened by fluid transparent crystal applications that follow the asymmetric and organic curves of the shape. The interior, however, reveals a warm and vibrant heart: a bright orange embellished with gold powder (avventurina technique), which catches the light and makes the surface sparkle like a small jewel.

Thanks to their small size and strong modern personality, these bowls are incredibly versatile. Displayed together, they create a high-impact visual dialogue, but they can be easily separated to bring a touch of light and sophistication to two distinct corners of the home.
