Description
An expression of pure Venetian splendor. This magnificent pair of goblets , dating back to the 1960s , is a shining example of the decorative mastery of Murano glassmakers, capable of transforming glass into a jewel.
The structure is dominated by a base and shaft entirely gilded and gleaming, supporting a deep ruby-red glass bowl. The visual effect is one of great opulence, evoking the pomp of eighteenth-century banquets.
What makes these pieces unique is the meticulous ornamental workmanship: a wide gold band wraps around the body of the glass, serving as a precious canvas for delicate polychrome floral decorations . The small flowers, hand-enamelled in shades of white, blue, and green, create a gentle and romantic contrast with the metallic background. Each glass is a one-of-a-kind piece, perfect for a special toast, an anniversary, or to enhance a display of collectible crystal.
